5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
For a period of 5 years from the date of sale to the first-use purchaser or in accordance with local state laws, Legend Air Ride will repair or replace, at our discretion, our product which proves to have manufacturer’s defect in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Legend Air Ride is not liable for improper installation or improper use of the product or any failure or problems from lack of reasonable maintenance, racing activities, or commercial applications.
This warranty shall be considered void if, product has been altered, modified, changed or reworked, subjected to abuse, neglect, or accident, including abnormal use.
Legend Air Ride is not designed or warranted for racing or high performance use. Commercial use restrictions apply, contact us for details.
In order to obtain service under the warranty, the customer must notify our customer service department to obtain a return authorization. Customer are responsible for paying return freight as well as the freight on a new order if you are making an exchange. Legend Air Ride is not responsible for lost items in return shipping so please insure your package.
Our dealers and distributors are not authorized to modify the warranty in any respect.
